Important: Form Creators are independent entities that use our service. Tuwexinc acts as a data processor on behalf of the Form Creator (the data controller). We are not responsible for the content of the forms or the specific privacy practices of the Form Creators.

When you fill out a form hosted on our platform, we collect the responses you submit. This may include:

- Security Data: Interaction metrics used by CAPTCHA technology to prevent bot submissions.
- Submission Metadata: Time and date of completion.
3. How Your Information is Shared
Your form responses are primarily shared with the **Form Creator** who shared the link with you. We do not sell your data to third parties. Disclosure may occur in the following cases:
- To the Form Creator: The creator has full access to the data you submit through their specific form.
